The scheme shall include one bedroom flats for lower income group. These flats would be available at Rohini, Dwarka, Vasant Kunj, Jasola and Narela. 90% of the flats are one bedroom or for lower income group and only 10% are for middle income group people. There will be no flats for high income group this year.
With availability of online website and forms, the applicant need not have to approach middlemen to get information about the scheme or MPD 2021. They can easily log on to official website of the authority and have access to all the important information. One can even fill in the application here and make payment using credit/debit card or net banking.
Housing for all in Delhi shall be available for individuals at a slight more registration fees this time. Earlier the registration fee was Rs. 1 lakh which has now increased to Rs. 3 lakh for LIG flats and Rs. 5 lakh for MIG flats. Along with the registration prices, the final purchase price shall also witness an increase in price adding more cost on buyers.
